Role Responsibilities
- Assist clients in raising funds in capital markets and provide strategic advisory services.
- Work on bond and syndicated loan issuances, acquisition, leverage, and project finance.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Debt Syndicate and Sales & Trading.
- Manage fixed income and equity client relationships and analyze capital structure needs.
- Originate, structure, and execute fixed income and equity transactions.

Program Details
- Two-year full-time analyst program starting in July with six weeks of training.
- Opportunity for a third-year rotation or promotion to Associate.
- Work with Latin America Credit Markets group based in New York and regional offices.
- Exposure to public and private sector transactions across industries.

Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completion between December 2026 and June 2027.
- Minimum GPA of 3.3 or above.
- Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.
- Interest in building investor relationships and raising capital.
- Commitment to integrity and ethical decision-making.

Salary and Benefits
- Annual salary approximately $110,000, range $80,000 to $115,000.
