About the role

The Human Resources Management Associate Program at Citi is a two-year leadership development program for MBA and Master's candidates. It focuses on developing HR leadership skills through rotations, mentorship, and exposure to senior leaders, preparing participants for impactful HR roles.

Role and Responsibilities

• Work on high-impact HR initiatives supporting Citi's strategic priorities.
• Analyze data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

Location and Salary

• Position based in Tampa, Florida, USA.
• Annual salary approximately $100,000.
• Salary range $60,000 to $145,000 depending on level and location.
