Candidate Requirements

  • Pursuing Bachelor's degree in relevant fields, graduating Dec 2026 - Jun 2027.
  • Preferred GPA of 3.3 or higher.
  • Legally authorized to work in the US; no visa sponsorship.
  • Strong academic record and genuine interest in ESPA functions.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Ability to relocate domestically or globally as needed.
