Program Structure
- Two-year entry-level leadership development program with diversified rotational experiences.
- Rotations include Controllers, Treasury, FP&A, and Finance COO disciplines.
- Two distinct one-year rotations to build financial foundation and expand network.
- Post-program placement opportunities within Citi Finance upon completion.
Responsibilities
- Support financial closings, consolidations, and product control activities.
- Develop financial controls and management reporting.
- Engage in planning, analysis, and balance sheet and liquidity management.
- Work closely with management teams to add direct value.
Training and Development
- Comprehensive training at program onset including global orientation.
- Intensive technical and professional skills training in presentation, communication, and leadership.

Candidate Requirements
- Pursuing BA/BS in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or related field.
- Graduation between December 2026 and June 2027.
- Preferred GPA of 3.3 or higher.
- Legal authorization to work in the US; no visa sponsorship provided.
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
