About the role
Citi is seeking a full-time Corporate Banking Analyst in Monterrey for its three-year analyst program starting January 2027. The role supports client transactions, proposals, strategic planning, financial research, and risk management while working with Senior Corporate Banking Officers and partners across Risk Management, Investment Banking, and Capital Markets.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Senior Corporate Banking Officers to assist with client transactions.
- Organize and analyze data for client proposals.
- Contribute to strategic planning initiatives.
- Prepare written recommendations and statistical exhibits.
- Conduct economic and financial research and evaluate financial performance.
- Assess risk, follow applicable policies and regulations, and escalate control issues transparently.
Training and Program
- Attend global entry-level orientation and classroom training delivered by external consultants and Citi professionals.
- Remain with an assigned team throughout the three-year Corporate Banking Analyst Program.
- Training covers fundamental aspects required for the Corporate Banking role.
Eligibility and Working Style
- Be in the final university year, graduating by December 2026 or June 2027.
- Graduates from the previous two years may also apply.
- Build relationship-management skills through strong verbal and written communication.
- Manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Contribute effectively as a team player in a positive working environment.
- Be able to work in a hybrid mode.
