About the role

Citi’s Corporate Banking Analyst Program in Mexico City offers a three-year opportunity for final-year students and recent graduates. Analysts support client transactions, prepare proposals and recommendations, conduct financial research, evaluate performance, and contribute to strategic initiatives while completing global classroom and orientation training beginning January 2027.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Senior Corporate Banking Officers to assist with client transactions.
• Organize and analyze data for client proposals.
• Contribute to strategic planning initiatives.
• Prepare written recommendations and statistical exhibits.
• Conduct economic and financial research and evaluate financial performance.
• Assess risk, follow applicable regulations, and escalate control issues transparently.

Program Details

• The Corporate Banking Analyst Program lasts three years.
• Analysts remain with an assigned team for the program duration.
• Global training includes entry-level orientation and classroom instruction.
• Training is delivered by external consultants and Citi industry or product specialists.
• The role involves collaboration with Risk Management, Investment Banking, and Capital Markets.

Requirements

• Be in the final university year, graduating by December 2026 or June 2027.
• Alternatively, have graduated within the previous two years.
• Be fluent in English and Spanish.
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
• Be a strong team player able to work in a hybrid mode.
