- 10-week Summer Analyst Program starting in June.
- Begins with in-depth formal and hands-on training.
- Ongoing training in sales, credit, product, technology, and professional skills.
- Mentorship from junior and senior team members.
- Work within a Coverage team alongside Relationship Managers.

Key Learning Areas
- Understand CCB target market and client coverage model.
- Learn client interaction and needs identification.
- Study credit product types and loan underwriting process.
- Gain knowledge of credit origination and portfolio monitoring.
- Engage with clients, prospects, and centers of influence.

Responsibilities
- Conduct company research and industry analysis.
- Perform financial modeling including valuations and cash flow analysis.
- Support commercial lending including various loan types.
- Partner with Bankers and Product teams to meet client goals.
- Assist in deal management and client presentation preparation.

Candidate Requirements
- Passionate about stakeholder partnership and goal achievement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Majoring in Finance or Accounting or relevant financial services experience.
- Graduating winter 2027 or spring 2028.
- Preferred GPA of 3.5 or above.
