Role and Responsibilities
- Participate in risk management, marketing, origination, structured products, logistics, or fundamental analysis.
- Work on assigned trading desks such as Corporate Derivatives Sales, Power Trading, Natural Gas Trading, Oil Trading, or Structuring.
- Collaborate closely with senior salespeople and traders on the trading floor.
- Add value progressively as you develop expertise in your desk placement.

Training and Development
- Complete orientation and comprehensive training upon joining.
- Training includes oil, power, natural gas fundamentals, derivative products, option pricing, risk management, and trading simulations.
- Training delivered by external consultants and industry professionals.
