About the role

Citi’s ten-week Global Wealth Summer Analyst Program in Miami provides classroom-to-workplace experience through initial training and placement with a Wealth team. Interns gain exposure to banking, investments, lending, wealth planning, Chief Operating Office and Chief Investment Office functions while supporting tailored client solutions, analytics, proposals and business priorities.

Program Structure

• The ten-week Summer Analyst Program starts in June and ends in August.
• The program begins with robust training before placement with a Wealth team.
• Interns explore Citi Wealth while building a professional network and contributing to business priorities.

Responsibilities

• Gain exposure to banking, investments, lending, wealth planning, operations and investment-office functions.
• Partner with private bankers, investment professionals and product specialists to deliver tailored client solutions.
• Contribute directly to analytics and proposals designed to enhance the client experience.
• Support clients and families by identifying global opportunities while helping manage risk.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate between December 2027 and June 2028.
• Study finance, economics, business or a related field.
• Be fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, integrity and commitment to excellence.
• Work effectively in challenging, changing, high-volume and fast-paced environments.

Preferred Attributes

• Preferred GPA of 3.4 or higher.
