About the role
Citi’s 10-week Services Summer Analyst Program in Dublin offers hands-on experience supporting institutional financial services. After initial training and placement, analysts undertake projects spanning market research, business development, client engagement, process optimisation, client-data analysis and AI-enabled service improvements, with mentorship and networking opportunities.
About Services
- Supports institutional clients with cash management, trade finance, custody, fund administration, collateral management, and performance analytics.
- Uses analytics and AI for predictive analysis, routine-task automation, and actionable insights across service offerings.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research on industry trends and macroeconomic factors.
- Develop materials supporting business development, product commercialisation, and revenue growth.
- Support process optimisation initiatives that improve efficiency and mitigate risk.
- Analyse client data to identify opportunities and improve service offerings.
- Prepare reports and presentations communicating complex analyses to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Participate in networking events, training sessions, and leadership discussions.
