Program Details

Responsibilities
- Learn market making and trading book risk management.
- Develop pricing, hedging, and analysis tools and strategies.
- Support risk reconciliation, P&L, and trade booking tasks.
- Contribute to quantitative research projects on market trends.
- Assist in drafting term sheets and maintaining critical databases.
- Prepare market updates and collaborate with internal teams.
Additional Responsibilities
- Create presentations and sales materials with trade ideas.
- Contribute to written derivatives content for clients.
- Support optimization of client tasks and post-trade reports.
- Drive excellence in pre- and post-trade services.
- Collaborate with Origination, Valuation, Middle, and Back Office.
- Enhance client satisfaction through seamless execution.
Requirements
- Enrolled in university with mandatory internship agreement (Graduation 2026/2027).
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree track in Business or Engineering preferred.
- Good understanding of finance and interest in Markets.
- Previous financial markets experience advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Programming knowledge (VBA, Python) highly desirable.
