Program Details

Responsibilities

  • Learn market making and trading book risk management.
  • Develop pricing, hedging, and analysis tools and strategies.
  • Support risk reconciliation, P&L, and trade booking tasks.
  • Contribute to quantitative research projects on market trends.
  • Assist in drafting term sheets and maintaining critical databases.
  • Prepare market updates and collaborate with internal teams.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Create presentations and sales materials with trade ideas.
  • Contribute to written derivatives content for clients.
  • Support optimization of client tasks and post-trade reports.
  • Drive excellence in pre- and post-trade services.
  • Collaborate with Origination, Valuation, Middle, and Back Office.
  • Enhance client satisfaction through seamless execution.

Requirements

  • Enrolled in university with mandatory internship agreement (Graduation 2026/2027).
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree track in Business or Engineering preferred.
  • Good understanding of finance and interest in Markets.
  • Previous financial markets experience advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Programming knowledge (VBA, Python) highly desirable.
