About the role

Citi's 10-week Risk Summer Analyst rotational program in Warsaw offers students real-world work, structured training, and supervised responsibilities across routine risk-related activities. Responsibilities

• Perform basic, routine tasks and assignments under direct supervision and detailed procedures.
• Apply routine work-area procedures and complete standardized activities.
• Service a limited number of products or services.
• Exchange basic information with coworkers and resolve straightforward task-related problems.
• Assess risk in business decisions, considering the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citi, its clients, and assets.
• Support compliance with applicable laws, rules, regulations, and policies; escalate and report control issues transparently.

Program and Training

• Participate in a 10-week summer rotational program.
• Receive knowledge and training needed to contribute valuable work within Citi.
• Complete real-world work and take initial steps toward a long-term career at Citi.

Requirements

• Major in economics, finance, statistics, mathematics, or accounting.
• GPA of 3.3 or above.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Cooperation and focus in achieving group and client objectives.
• Demonstrated analytical skills and strong attention to detail.
• Graduating with a bachelor's or university degree, equivalent experience, or a master's degree the following year.
