About the role

Citi’s Risk Summer Analyst participates in a 10-week rotational program in Warsaw, receiving training and real-world work while supporting risk activities. The role involves routine assignments under direct supervision, applying procedures, exchanging information, resolving straightforward issues, and supporting compliance with laws, regulations, policies, and ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Complete basic, routine tasks and standardized activities under direct supervision.
• Apply procedures and knowledge within the assigned work area.
• Exchange basic information with co-workers and support team objectives.
• Resolve task-related problems in straightforward situations.
• Service a limited number of products or services.
• Assess risk appropriately and escalate, manage, and report control issues transparently.

Program Details

• Participate in a 10-week summer rotational program.
• Receive training and real-world work intended to support a long-term career at Citi.
• Work full time in Warsaw, Mazovia, Poland.

Qualifications

• Study Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, or Accounting.
• Achieve a GPA of 3.3 or above.
• Demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrate cooperation and focus in achieving group and client objectives.
• Demonstrate analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Be graduating with a bachelor’s or university degree, equivalent experience, or a master’s degree the following year.
