About the role
Citi’s 10-week Risk Summer Analyst rotational program in Warsaw provides practical experience, training, and exposure to risk-related work. Analysts complete routine assignments under supervision, contribute to their teams, and develop foundational skills while supporting compliant, ethical business decisions. The program is intended for students approaching graduation.
Responsibilities
- Complete basic, routine tasks and standardized activities under direct supervision.
- Apply established procedures within a limited work area or range of products and services.
- Exchange basic information with colleagues and resolve straightforward task-related problems.
- Contribute value to assigned teams during the summer program.
- Assess risk appropriately and support compliance with applicable laws, rules, regulations, and policies.
- Escalate, manage, and report control issues transparently while protecting the firm, clients, and assets.
Qualifications
- Study economics, finance, statistics, mathematics, accounting, or a related listed major.
- Achieve a GPA of 3.3 or above.
- Demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
- Work cooperatively and remain focused on group and client objectives.
- Demonstrate analytical skills and strong attention to detail.
Education
- Graduate with a bachelor’s or university degree, equivalent experience, or a master’s degree the following year.
