About the role
Citi’s 2.5-year Services Analyst Program in Dublin is a rotational graduate opportunity beginning in July 2027. Analysts rotate through two Services roles, supporting market research, product development, process optimization, client analysis, reporting, and technology-enabled improvements while building experience across cash management, custody, trade finance, and related services.
Program Details
- Complete a 2.5-year rotational program across two roles within Citi’s Services business.
- Begin in July with intensive business, culture, training, and orientation activities.
- Gain hands-on project experience and exposure to senior leaders across the organization.
- Work within Services, supporting institutional clients through integrated financial and technology-enabled solutions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research on industry trends and macroeconomic factors.
- Develop materials supporting business development, product commercialization, and revenue growth.
- Support process optimization initiatives that improve efficiency and mitigate operational risk.
- Analyze client data to identify opportunities and improve service offerings.
- Prepare reports and presentations communicating analysis and insights to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Participate in networking events, training sessions, and leadership discussions.
Development
- Receive mentorship, career development sessions, and networking opportunities with Citi leaders and professionals.
- Build skills in financial services, analytics, product development, and technology-enabled business improvement.
- Explore applications of AI and machine learning in automation, client segmentation, and decision-making.
- Develop experience relevant to evolving AI-driven financial services.
Requirements
- Graduate between 2025 and summer 2027, with or on track for a 2.1 degree or equivalent.
- Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Show proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, lookups, and basic modeling.
- Have working knowledge of PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Demonstrate accuracy, organization, time management, integrity, resilience, and attention to detail.
- Be self-motivated, proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Interests
- Interest in financial services and technology’s impact on the industry.
- Curiosity about AI applications for efficiency, client experience, and risk management.
- Exposure to analytical platforms or AI-specific tools, such as natural language processing applications or machine learning dashboards.
