Services - Full-Time Analyst, Ireland - Dublin, 2027 (2026 Summer Intern Converts Only)

About the role

Citi’s 2.5-year Services Analyst Program in Dublin offers two rotations across the Services business. Analysts receive intensive training, work on market research, client data analysis, process optimisation, product commercialisation, and reporting, while developing skills through mentorship, networking, leadership discussions, and hands-on projects.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research on industry trends and macroeconomic factors.
• Support business development, product commercialisation, and revenue growth initiatives.
• Contribute to process optimisation, efficiency improvements, and risk mitigation.
• Analyse client data to identify opportunities and improve service offerings.
• Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Participate in networking events, training sessions, and leadership discussions.

Program and Development

• Complete a 2.5-year rotational program across two Services roles.
• Begin with intensive training and orientation covering the business and Citi’s culture.
• Gain hands-on experience through projects and exposure to senior leaders.
• Access mentorship, career development sessions, and networking opportunities across Citi.
• Explore advanced analytics and AI applications in financial services.

Requirements

• Graduate between 2025 and summer 2027, achieving or having achieved a 2.1 or equivalent.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Be proficient in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, lookups, and basic modelling.
• Have working knowledge of PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Show interest in financial services and technology’s impact on the industry.
• Demonstrate strong communication, interpersonal, organisational, and relationship-building skills.
