About the role
Six-month Investment Banking placement in Amsterdam starting January 2027. The Placement Analyst will support financial sponsors and corporate clients on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, restructurings, and capital markets transactions, while gaining practical exposure to financial analysis, valuation, modelling, transaction execution, business development, and compliance processes.
Responsibilities
- Collect and analyse company information, conduct industry research, and organise financial data for transaction execution.
- Build financial models covering company valuations, discounted cash flow analysis, financing structures, and comparable analyses.
- Prepare and finalise business development presentations communicating strategic insights and proposals.
- Coordinate workflows with internal teams and external working groups to support timely project delivery.
- Prepare internal documentation and follow control and compliance requirements.
Placement Details
- Placement lasts up to six months and commences in January 2027.
