About the role

Full-time Investment Banking Analyst role in Stockholm for 2027. Support senior bankers on client transactions, mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic advisory assignments. Responsibilities

• Support senior Banking officers and professionals on client transactions, projects, and assignments.
• Organize and analyse sophisticated financial data for client proposals and strategic plans.
• Prepare written recommendations, valuation materials, and statistical exhibits for pitches and live deals.
• Conduct economic and financial research for client assignments and transaction work.
• Evaluate company financial performance against industry conditions and broader market trends.
• Build complex financial models for valuation purposes and assess risks in business decisions.

Role Requirements

• One to two years of relevant experience is required.
• Demonstrated ability to create financial analyses.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a rapidly changing environment and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in English and at least one Nordic language.

Education

• Bachelor’s or university degree, or equivalent experience, is preferred.
