About the role
Citi seeks full-time Investment Banking Analysts for its Frankfurt team in 2027. Analysts support corporate and financial sponsor clients on M&A and capital markets transactions, preparing valuations, financial models, research, and board materials. The role offers extensive training, mentorship, and exposure to high-profile German and international deals.
Responsibilities
- Support senior Corporate and Investment Bank professionals on client transactions, projects, and assignments.
- Organize and analyse financial data for client proposals and strategic recommendations.
- Prepare written recommendations, valuation materials, statistical exhibits, and presentation materials.
- Conduct economic and financial research and evaluate company performance against industry and market trends.
- Build complex financial models for valuation purposes.
- Assess business risks, uphold compliance and ethical standards, and escalate control issues transparently.
Training and Timeline
- Receive extensive training, mentorship, and direct exposure to high-profile deals in Germany and globally.

Role Scope
- Support origination and execution across Citi’s Investment Banking product offering.
- Work with Citi colleagues across functions and disciplines to deliver outcomes for clients.
