About the role

Six-month Investment Banking FIG placement in Citi’s Paris team, beginning January 2027. The intern will support financial analysis and business development through industry research, financial modelling, valuation, corporate finance analysis, client coordination, and presentation development for financial institution clients.

Responsibilities

• Research industries and analyze trends supporting business development initiatives.
• Build financial models, assess valuations, and explore corporate finance solutions.
• Coordinate client data and assist with presenting new ideas to clients.

Program Details

• Join the France Investment Banking Financial Institution Group team in Paris.
• Receive training and develop knowledge and skills through a six-month placement program.
• Recruitment is conducted on a rolling basis; candidates are encouraged to apply early.

Requirements

• Available to start in January 2027.
• Currently enrolled at a university able to provide an internship agreement.
• Hold student status and a related visa covering the entire internship period.
• Very good knowledge of corporate finance and financial markets.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
