About the role

This six-month Paris internship places an Intern Analyst in Citi’s Financing Debt Capital Markets team from January to June 2027. The role supports fixed-income issuance and capital-structure advice for financial institution and corporate clients across France, Belgium, and Luxembourg, while working with Markets and Corporate & Investment Banking teams.

Responsibilities

• Support senior team members on live benchmark bond, loan, and private placement transactions.
• Prepare pitch books during preliminary transaction stages.
• Collect market information to support client coverage and decision-making.
• Prepare term sheets and indicative pricing updates.
• Condense research into macroeconomic and credit market updates for clients.

Team and Coverage

• Join Citi’s Financing Debt Capital Markets team based in Paris.
• Work closely with Markets and Corporate & Investment Banking departments.
• Support Financial Institutions and Corporate clients across France, Belgium, and Luxembourg.

Development

• Gain practical exposure to investment banking and Debt Capital Markets products.
