About the role

Citi is seeking a Placement Analyst for its Corporate Banking team in Copenhagen. This six-month placement offers practical experience in financial statement analysis, cash-flow modelling, credit and risk analysis, capital markets, client presentations, and deal structuring. Successful analysts may be considered for a full-time position after graduation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct accounting, financial statement, cash-flow modelling, capital markets, risk, and credit analysis.
• Liaise with product partners and support the development and presentation of ideas to clients.
• Help structure deals and contribute to Corporate Banking client work.

Program and Training

• Complete a six-month placement with a Corporate Banking team in Copenhagen.
• Receive in-depth education covering Analyst fundamentals, financial topics, and Citi’s culture.
• Successful placement analysts may be considered for a full-time position after graduation.

Requirements

• Be in the penultimate or final year of university, or have already graduated.
• Expected to achieve at least 10, or an equivalent result, at undergraduate level.
• Any degree discipline is considered, with an interest in business required.
• Be fluent in English and one Nordic language: Norwegian, Danish, Swedish, or Finnish.
