Role Responsibilities
- Support senior team in origination and execution of live transactions including benchmark bonds and private placements.
- Prepare pitch books during transaction preliminary stages.
- Collect market information to aid client coverage and decision making.
- Prepare term sheets and indicative pricing updates.
- Condense research from various sources to prepare macro and credit market updates.

Candidate Requirements
- Available to start internship in July 2026 for 6 months.
- Enrolled in a tier-1 university or top French Ecole de Commerce or Ecole d’Ingénieur with internship agreement.
- Fluent in French and English; additional European language desirable.
- Excellent analytical, presentation, and numerical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; Bloomberg, Dealogic, or FactSet knowledge a plus.
