Citi Global Wealth, Summer Analyst, Geneva - Switzerland, 2027

About the role

Citi Global Wealth is seeking penultimate-year university students for a 10-week Summer Analyst program in Geneva starting June 2027. Analysts receive training in Global Wealth, support Private Banking activities, analyse client needs, and contribute to projects. Successful participants may be considered for a full-time position after graduation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the wider Private Banking division on transactional services.
• Help build a sustainable client pipeline and shorten deal closures.
• Analyse customer needs and deliver structured, end-to-end global solutions.
• Support team leaders and department heads on specific projects and tasks.

Program Details

• The 10-week Summer Analyst program starts in June 2027 at Citi’s Geneva office.
• Analysts receive in-depth training covering Global Wealth fundamentals and the Analyst role.
• Assignments to specific teams are determined according to business needs.
• Successful Summer Analysts may be considered for a full-time position after graduation.

Requirements

• Be in the penultimate year of a university degree in any discipline.
• Expected to achieve or have achieved a Good undergraduate result: 5–5.49, or equivalent.
• Demonstrate an interest in Wealth Management and Private Banking.
• Be fluent in English.
• Show strong interpersonal, relationship-building, integrity, learning, and execution skills.
• Be resilient in challenging, changing, high-volume, and fast-paced environments.

Desirable Qualifications

• French, Italian, or German language skills are desirable but not essential.
• A global mindset and innovative outlook on business are valued.
