About the role

Citi Global Wealth’s 10-week Summer Analyst program in Luxembourg provides training in global wealth and private banking. Analysts join assigned teams, support client transactions and projects, analyze client needs, and help develop pipelines. The program starts in June 2027, with successful participants potentially considered for full-time roles after graduation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the wider Private Banking division on transactional services.
• Help build a sustainable client pipeline and shorten deal closures.
• Analyze customer needs and deliver structured, end-to-end global solutions.
• Support team leaders and department heads on specific projects and tasks.

Program Details

• The 10-week program starts in June 2027 at Citi’s Luxembourg office.
• Summer Analysts are assigned to specific teams based on business needs.
• Successful Summer Analysts may be considered for full-time positions after graduation.
• Training covers Global Wealth fundamentals and introduces Citi’s culture.

Requirements

• Be in your penultimate year of university.
• Expected to achieve or have achieved Très bien, equivalent to 16–17.99, at undergraduate level.
• Any degree discipline is accepted, with an interest in Wealth Management and Private Banking.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Show integrity, commitment to excellence, willingness to learn, resilience, and execution speed.
• Be able to work in challenging, changing, high-volume, fast-paced environments.
