About the role

Citi’s Internal Audit Summer Analyst program in Warsaw is a 10-week rotational internship offering practical work, structured training, and early career exposure. Analysts complete routine assignments under supervision, support their teams, communicate with colleagues, and apply analytical, organizational, ethical, and risk-awareness skills while contributing to Citi’s control environment.

Responsibilities

• Complete basic, routine assignments using established procedures and standardized activities.
• Apply knowledge of routine work-area procedures under direct supervision.
• Exchange basic information with colleagues and resolve straightforward task-related problems.
• Select from clearly defined options while supporting assigned products or services.
• Assess risk, follow applicable laws and policies, and escalate control issues transparently.

Qualifications

• Achieve a GPA of 3.3 or above.
• Demonstrate analytical skills and clear, concise written and verbal communication.
• Cooperate effectively while working toward group and client objectives.
• Use innovative and creative approaches to solve problems.
• Demonstrate quick thinking, attention to detail, and prioritization skills.

Education

• Graduate with a bachelor’s or university degree, or equivalent experience.
• Alternatively, pursue a master’s degree in the following year.
