About the role

Citi’s Internal Audit Summer Analyst program in Warsaw is a 10-week rotational internship providing training and real-world work. Analysts perform routine assignments under supervision, contribute to their teams, and develop skills in risk awareness, communication, problem-solving, prioritisation, and internal audit-related work.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic, routine tasks and standardized activities under direct supervision.
• Apply established procedures within a limited work area and selected products or services.
• Exchange basic information with colleagues and resolve straightforward task-related problems.
• Select from clearly defined options when completing assigned work.
• Assess risks in business decisions and support compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
• Escalate, manage, and report control issues transparently while protecting the firm, clients, and assets.

Qualifications

• Minimum GPA of 3.3.
• Demonstrated analytical skills and clear, concise written and verbal communication.

Education

• Graduate with a bachelor’s or university degree, or equivalent experience.
• Alternatively, be pursuing a master’s degree and graduate the following year.
