Program and Responsibilities

• Participate in a 10-week summer rotational program with training and real-world work assignments.
• Complete routine tasks and standardized activities under direct supervision and detailed procedures.
• Service a limited number of products or services and exchange basic information with coworkers.
• Resolve straightforward task-related problems and select from clearly defined options.
• Assess risk, follow applicable laws and policies, and escalate control issues transparently.

Requirements

• Achieve a GPA of 3.3 or above.
• Graduate with a bachelor’s or university degree, equivalent experience, or a master’s degree the following year.
• Demonstrate analytical skills and clear, concise written and verbal communication.
• Cooperate effectively while working toward group and client objectives.
• Apply innovative, creative, quick-thinking, detail-oriented, and prioritization skills.
