Services – Full-Time Analyst, Singapore, 2027

About the role

Two-and-a-half-year rotational analyst program in Citi’s Services organization, supporting institutional clients through cash management, trade finance, custody, fund administration, collateral management, and analytics. Starting with intensive training in July, analysts rotate through two roles, contributing to market research, product development, process optimization, client analysis, and AI-enabled service improvements.

Program Structure

• The 2.5-year program begins in July with intensive training and orientation covering the business and Citi’s culture.
• Analysts rotate through two different Services roles based on their interests and business needs.
• The program provides hands-on project experience and exposure to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research on industry trends and macroeconomic factors.
• Develop materials supporting business development, product commercialization, and revenue growth.
• Identify opportunities for data-driven insights and AI-enabled product or service improvements.
• Support process optimization initiatives designed to improve efficiency and mitigate risk.
• Analyze client data to improve service offerings and interpret advanced analytical insights.
• Prepare reports and presentations communicating analysis and AI-driven business implications.

Candidate Profile

• Final-year college students graduating between December 2026 and June 2027 may apply.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills are required.
• Candidates should demonstrate accuracy, attention to detail, organization, time management, and the ability to work autonomously.
