About the role

Citi’s 10-week Summer Technology Analyst Program in Taguig offers technology students exposure to cybersecurity, digital banking, software development, generative AI, and data analytics. Interns receive desk training, education, mentoring, networking, and global project experience while contributing to initiatives supporting platform resilience, client experiences, and protection of assets and information.

Role and Responsibilities

• Contribute to high-impact technology projects influencing the evolution of banking.
• Support cybersecurity defenses, digital banking solutions, data-powered innovation, and customer experience transformation.
• Work across microservices, front-end development, generative AI, AI agents, and data analytics.
• Collaborate with globally scoped, cross-functional teams on real-world technology initiatives.
• Use technology to strengthen platforms, enterprise resiliency, business continuity, and information security.

Technology Exposure

• Microservices development using Java, Spring Framework, and Pivotal Cloud Foundry.
• Front-end development using React or Angular, Apigee, TypeScript, and HTML5.
• Generative AI tools and methods, including prompt engineering, workflow design, and AI-assisted coding.
• Data analytics using Splunk, Tableau, and Adobe Analytics to measure adoption and product value.

Program Experience

• Complete in-depth education covering Analyst role fundamentals and Citi’s culture.
• Receive on-the-desk training, structured learning, mentoring, development programs, and networking opportunities.
• Attend an informative speaker series and gain exposure to global financial technology projects.
• Make tangible contributions to initiatives supporting Citi’s clients, employees, assets, and information.
