About the role

Citi’s 10-week Summer Technology Analyst Program in Taguig offers technology students practical experience supporting cybersecurity, digital banking, data analytics, and enterprise technology. Interns receive structured training, work on real-world projects, collaborate globally, and gain exposure to tools and technologies shaping the future of financial services.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to high-impact technology projects supporting cybersecurity, digital banking, data innovation, and customer experiences.
• Help strengthen Citi’s platforms, information security, enterprise resiliency, and business continuity capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on globally scoped technology and operational initiatives.
• Apply technology and automation to address business challenges and improve client and employee experiences.

Program Experience

• Complete a 10-week Summer Analyst Program beginning in June.
• Receive education on the Analyst role, Citi’s culture, and technology fundamentals.
• Participate in on-the-desk training, speaker sessions, networking, mentoring, and development activities.
• Gain global exposure while collaborating across cultures, time zones, and business functions.

Potential Technical Exposure

• Microservices development using Java, Spring Framework, and Pivotal Cloud Foundry.
• Front-end development using React or Angular, Apigee, TypeScript, and HTML5.
• Generative AI, AI agents, prompt engineering, workflow design, and automated code review tools.
• Data analytics using Splunk, Tableau, and Adobe Analytics to measure product and customer journey outcomes.
