About the role

Citi is recruiting full-time Markets Analysts in Tokyo for the Class of 2028. The Markets division serves institutional investors with standardized products, structured notes, derivatives, commodities, structured finance, foreign exchange, equities, rates, and hybrid products. Applicants may indicate preferences for Sales, Trading, and Structuring.

Role and Division

• Join Citi’s Markets division as a full-time Analyst based at the Otemachi office in Tokyo.
• The division provides financial products to domestic and international institutional investors.
• Products include government and corporate bonds, equities, structured notes, derivatives, commodities, structured finance, and hybrid products.
• Applicants may select Sales, Trading, Structuring, or multiple preferences, ranking them if applicable.

Eligibility and Application

• Applicants must be scheduled to graduate from a Japanese university or graduate school by September 2028.
• Applications are open from September 8, 2026, until 8:00 a.m. on October 15, 2026.
• A web test invitation will be sent to the registered email address after applications close.
• Overseas university students and eligible domestic exchange students should apply to the Summer Intern Program instead.
