Role Overview

  • Join Personal Trading team to monitor employee trading and support compliance.
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop foundation in compliance, financial markets, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor employee personal trading for compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Support review of trading statements and escalate exceptions.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct basic data analysis on trading activity trends.
  • Support audits, regulatory inquiries, and internal reviews.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Pursuing or recently completed degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Law, or related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
  • Basic understanding of financial markets and trading concepts.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
