- Support Relationship Managers in serving consolidated banking customers.
- Resolve service queries promptly and efficiently.
- Identify and select solutions to sales problems using technical experience.
- Deliver quality customer service and refer potential clients to Relationship Managers.
- Assist in achieving branch sales and service targets.
