About the role

Citi is recruiting full-time analysts for its Research division in Tokyo for the Class of 2028. Analysts will examine industry trends, assess companies’ competitive positioning, conduct detailed financial analysis, develop investment strategies, and propose investment opportunities to clients. Applicants must be scheduled to graduate from a Japanese university or graduate school by September 2028.

Role and Responsibilities

• Analyze trends in assigned industries and assess companies’ competitive positioning.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis of companies and investment opportunities.
• Develop original investment strategies based on research findings.
• Propose suitable investment opportunities to clients.
• Work in Citi’s Research division as a full-time analyst in Tokyo.

Eligibility

• Expected to graduate from a Japanese university or graduate school by September 2028.
• Work location is Citi’s Tokyo office in Otemachi, Chiyoda, Tokyo.
