Services - Summer Analyst, Hong Kong, 2027

About the role

Citi’s 10-week Services Summer Analyst Program in Hong Kong offers students graduating December 2027–June 2028 hands-on experience across financial analysis, business development, client engagement, and market research. After initial training and placement, analysts own projects supporting institutional financial services, process optimization, client insights, and service development.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research on industry trends and macroeconomic factors.
• Develop materials supporting business development, product commercialization, and revenue growth.
• Assist process optimization initiatives that improve efficiency and mitigate risk.
• Analyze client data to identify opportunities and improve service offerings.
• Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Participate in networking events, training sessions, and leadership discussions.

Services business

• Support institutional clients through cash management, trade finance, custody, and related financial solutions.
• Services also includes fund administration, collateral management, and performance analytics for institutional investors.

Development and progression

• Receive mentorship, career development sessions, and networking opportunities with senior Citi professionals.
• Successful Summer Analysts may be invited to return as full-time Analysts after graduation.
• Applicants may apply to a maximum of three APAC summer internship programs.
