Services – Full-Time Analyst, Singapore, 2027

About the role

Join Citi’s 2.5-year Services Analyst Program in Singapore, starting in July 2027, with intensive training and rotations across two Services roles. You will support market research, business development, process optimisation, client-data analysis, reporting, and AI-enabled service improvements while building analytical, communication, and financial-services skills.

Program structure

• Complete a 2.5-year rotational program across two different roles within Citi’s Services business.
• Begin with intensive training and orientation covering the business and Citi’s culture.
• Gain hands-on experience through projects and exposure to senior leaders.
• Program begins in July.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research on industry trends and macroeconomic factors.
• Develop materials supporting business development, product commercialisation, and revenue growth opportunities.
• Support process optimisation initiatives that improve efficiency and help mitigate risk.
• Analyse client data to identify opportunities and improve service offerings.
• Prepare reports and presentations communicating analysis and AI-driven insights to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Participate in networking events, training sessions, and leadership discussions.

Requirements

• Be in the final year of college, graduating between December 2026 and June 2027.
• Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, relationship-building, and communication skills.
• Be proficient in Microsoft Excel, with working knowledge of PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Show accuracy, attention to detail, time management, organisation, initiative, and the ability to work autonomously.
• Demonstrate integrity, commitment to excellence, resilience, urgency, and willingness to learn.
• Be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Preferred interests and skills

• Interest in financial services and technology’s impact on the industry is beneficial.
• Curiosity about AI applications for efficiency, client experience, and risk management is expected.
• Exposure to analytical platforms or eagerness to learn AI-specific tools would be beneficial.
• Applicants from all academic disciplines are considered, not only business degrees.
