About the role
Citi’s Operations full-time Analyst program in Penang offers graduates a two-year opportunity to support global transaction, payment, and trade processing. Analysts gain hands-on experience across Operations, with exposure to optimization, data analytics, insights, digitalization, risk management, and client-centric service while receiving structured training and coaching.
Responsibilities and Development
- Work with Operations teams to manage processes and services supporting business delivery and client experience.
- Contribute to operations optimization, data analytics and insights, and digitalization initiatives.
- Develop analytical, leadership, collaboration, client-centric, and continuous-improvement skills.
- Build knowledge of financial services and Operations while maintaining executional discipline and excellence.
Training and Support
- Receive regular training and development throughout the two-year program.
- Complete training content that increases in complexity alongside experience.
- Receive coaching and support from experienced managers and exposure to senior leaders.
- Participate in structured internal engagement activities to build networks and relevant skills.

Eligibility Requirements
- Be in the final year of university and graduate in 2026.
- Pursue a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Management, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
- Achieve a 2:1 or GPA of 3.0 or above.
- Require no work-authorization sponsorship in the relevant location at any time.
