About the role

Citi’s two-year Operations Full Time Analyst Program in Penang offers graduating students hands-on experience managing financial services processes. Analysts work across operations optimization, data analytics, insights, and digitalization while developing risk management, collaboration, client service, leadership, and continuous improvement skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage operational processes and services supporting global transactions, payments, trades, and client delivery.
• Work with Operations teams to improve processes, reduce risk, and increase operational efficiency.
• Contribute to operations optimization, data analytics and insights, or digitalization initiatives.
• Apply disciplined, accurate, ethical, and client-focused approaches to daily execution.

Requirements

• Be in the final year of university and graduating in 2026.
• Pursue a bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business management, mathematics, or a related discipline.
• Achieve a 2:1 or GPA of 3.0 or above.
• Not require work authorization sponsorship in the relevant location at any time.
• Demonstrate curiosity, accountability, adaptability, resilience, and strong communication and organizational skills.
• Show attention to detail, analytical and strategic thinking, integrity, and ethical decision-making.
