About the role
Citi’s two-year Operations Analyst Program in Penang offers final-year students hands-on experience managing processes and services across Operations. Analysts may contribute to operations optimisation, data analytics and insights, and digitalisation while developing financial-services knowledge, continuous-improvement, risk-management, collaboration, client-centric, analytical, and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage operational processes and services supporting global business activities and client experience.
- Work with Operations teams on process optimisation, data analytics, insights, and digitalisation.
- Support goals of reducing risk and improving operational efficiency.
- Develop financial-services and Operations knowledge through practical work experience.
Development and Support
- Receive regular training that increases in complexity alongside experience throughout the program.
- Develop analytical, leadership, collaboration, client-centric, continuous-improvement, and risk-management capabilities.
- Receive coaching from experienced managers and support from senior leaders.
- Participate in internal engagement activities to build networks and gain senior-leader exposure.
