Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve network issues, escalating when necessary.
- Participate in testing activities and execute basic test scripts.
- Understand team interactions to achieve objectives.
- Evaluate options for situations not covered by procedures.
- Communicate ideas clearly and concisely.

Qualifications
- Previous relevant experience preferred.
- Ability to develop projects for metrics and benchmarking.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and diagnostic abilities.
- Ability to work with virtual and in-person teams under pressure.
