About the role
Citi’s two-year ICG Operations Analyst Program in Pune provides final-year university students with hands-on experience across Operations. Analysts support process and service management, with opportunities in operations optimization, data analytics, insights, and digitalization, while developing analytical, leadership, risk-management, collaboration, and client-centric skills.
Responsibilities
- Work with Operations teams to manage processes and services supporting business delivery, reduced risk, and efficient operations.
- Contribute to operations optimization, data analytics and insights, or digitalization, depending on location and skillset.
- Help improve client experience through disciplined, accurate, and efficient process execution.
Development and Support
- Receive coaching and support from experienced managers, with senior leaders championing the Analyst Program.
- Participate in structured internal engagement activities offering networking, senior leader exposure, and professional development.
- Complete regular training that increases in complexity in line with experience.
