Responsibilities

• Participate in mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, and securities underwriting.
• Collect and analyze company data and conduct industry research.
• Develop financial models including valuations and cash flow analysis.
• Create and finalize business development presentations.
• Coordinate tasks with internal and external teams.
• Prepare internal documentation and ensure compliance.

Qualifications
