About the role

Program Structure

Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze company information for transactions.
- Conduct industry research and organize financial data.
- Support client transactions including mergers and acquisitions.
- Assist in financial restructurings and underwriting.
- Contribute to distributing equity, debt, and derivative securities.
- Engage in teamwork, leadership, and mentoring activities.
