About the role
Citi’s 2027 Investment Banking Summer Analyst program in Seoul offers penultimate-year bachelor’s or master’s students exposure to financial analysis, business development, industry research, and transaction support. The 10-week internship begins with intensive training and may involve rotational or team-based placement within an industry or product coverage group.
Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze company information to support investment banking transactions.
- Conduct industry research and revise and organize financial data.
- Contribute to financial analysis and business development within an assigned coverage group.
- Potential client work includes mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, restructurings, underwriting, and securities distribution.
Program Structure
- The 10-week Summer Internship Program begins with a one-week intensive training program.
- Depending on country, interns may rotate or join a particular team.
- Allocations are based on intern interests and Citi’s business needs.
- Interns are assigned to an industry or product coverage group.
