About the role
Citi’s 10-week Investment Banking Summer Internship in Seoul is for penultimate-year bachelor’s or master’s students graduating December 2026–June 2027. Interns receive intensive training, join an industry or product coverage group, and support financial analysis, business development, transaction research, and financial-data organization across investment banking activities.
Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze company information to support investment banking transactions.
- Conduct industry research and revise and organize financial data.
- Support financial analysis and business development within an industry or product coverage group.
- Potential transactions include mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, restructurings, underwriting, and securities distribution.
Program Structure
- The 10-week Summer Internship begins with a one-week intensive training program.
- Depending on the country, interns may rotate or join a particular team.
- Allocations are based on interns’ interests and Citi’s business needs.
- Interns join the Investment Banking team in Asia Pacific.
