About the role

Citi’s 10-week Corporate Banking Summer Analyst Program in Hong Kong offers penultimate-year students practical experience in financial analysis, credit assessment, client solutions, deal structuring, and capital markets. Analysts receive initial training, team placement, mentorship, and opportunities to collaborate with Risk Management, Investment Banking, and Capital Markets teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct accounting, financial statement, cash flow, and capital markets analysis.
• Complete fundamental risk and credit analysis.
• Liaise with product partners across Citi.
• Assist with presenting and developing new client ideas.
• Structure deals and transactions.

Program Details

• The 10-week program starts in June.
• The program begins with a one-and-a-half-week in-depth training program.
• Placement matches analysts with Corporate Banking teams based on interests and business needs.
• Participants may join Citi’s mentorship program during and after the program.
• Top-performing analysts often return after graduation as Full-Time Analysts.

Requirements

• Be in the penultimate year of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline.
• Graduate between December 2027 and June 2028.
• Demonstrate strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.
