Role and Responsibilities
- Assist clients in raising funds in capital markets and provide strategic advisory services.
- Act as intermediary in trading for clients, formulating investment strategies.
- Contribute to fixed income and equity relationships and transactions.
- Originate, market, structure, and execute fixed income and equity deals.
- Demonstrate risk management using derivatives to limit interest rate and credit risk.

Program Structure
- 10-week summer analyst program starting in June with 1.5 weeks training.
- Followed by 8.5 weeks working on a specific desk within Capital Markets.
- Includes networking activities and team building with local charity involvement.
- Top performers may be hired for the next year’s Capital Markets Analyst Program.

Candidate Requirements
- Penultimate year Bachelor’s or Master’s student graduating between Dec 2027 and June 2028.
- Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.
- Interest in building investor relationships and raising capital.
