About the role

Citi is hiring full-time analysts for its Investment Banking Division in Tokyo for the domestic Class of 2028 recruitment. The role supports corporate clients with financing, M&A, equity issuance, cross-border transactions, and structured financial solutions. Applicants must graduate from a domestic university or graduate school by September 2028.

Role and Location

• Full-time Analyst position in Citi’s Investment Banking Division.
• Based at Citi’s Tokyo office in Otemachi.

Division Activities

• Provide corporate clients with financing solutions across their funding needs.
• Deliver strategic financial solutions related to M&A and equity issuance.
• Support new issuances, cross-border transactions, and innovative financial structuring.

Eligibility

• Applicants must be scheduled to graduate from a domestic university or graduate school by September 2028.
• Overseas students graduating October 2027–September 2028 should apply through the overseas Summer Intern Program.
• Domestic students studying abroad on exchange as of November 2026 should use the overseas application route.
