Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct accounting and financial statement analysis, cash flow modeling, and capital markets analysis.
- Complete fundamental risk and credit analysis.
- Liaise with product partners to support client solutions.
- Assist in presenting and developing new ideas for clients.
- Structure financial deals and transactions.

Program Structure
- Starts mid-July 2025 with a 6-8 week in-depth training program in Dubai.
- Post-training placement with a Corporate Banking team for the program duration.
- Opportunity for internal mobility by the third year of the program.

Candidate Requirements
- Final year university students or recent graduates with strong academics.
- Interest in business and finance sectors.
- Fluency in English; additional European language is desirable.
- Commitment to personal growth, teamwork, and ethical decision-making.
- Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.
